Ryan Cos. completes phase two of The Confluence at Mesa Gateway, with 354,000 sq ft available for tenants. Despite no commitments as of Jan. 8, proactive installations of AC and lighting aim to attract tenants in southeast Valley. The company, optimistic about the project’s success, is actively marketing the move-in-ready spaces. The first phase is fully leased, and a recent subdivision plat approval provides flexibility for long-term ownership. While open to a third phase, the current plan involves nine buildings across two phases. Pat Harlan of JLL anticipates 12-15 million sq ft absorption by the end of 2023.
